Another year has come to an end.
What have you accomplished?
Have you followed your dreams?
Most of y’all are living a very mediocre life, doing monotonous things day in, day out without any enthusiasm nor any happiness in your face.
But, that’s not who you are!

Aren’t you tired of doing the jobs or studying what you don’t like.
Somebody tell you when to come to work, somebody tell you when to do a vacation, somebody tell you what you can and cannot do.
You need to find your individuality.
Please, I urge all of you out there that in this new beginning, find what you are passionate about, dream no matter how big it is and give it your all, to achieve it.
Because when you do what you truly love, you will put your heart and soul into it and your face will light up like a shining star.
(Just like mine does when I’m in the gym grinding, waking up at 5am making my meals, staying focused day in, day out).
Not everyone will support you in your dreams. I don’t have a lot of support in the bodybuilding and fitness career, but, does that mean I will kill my dreams and be crybaby? Hell, No! Does it get demotivating, yes it does. Is it easy? NO. But, its worth it.
YOU NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS. NEVER.

Now that you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth, but, you gotta be willing to take the hit. Not pointing fingers at somebody saying, that you ain’t where you are because of him or her or anybody, cus’ cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better that.
DO NOT LET ANYBODY STEAL YOUR DREAM.
YOU ARE WORTH WHATEVER YOU WANNA BECOME. PERIOD. There will be many people who’ll tell you that you can’t do something, just because they couldn’t.
Just Believe In Yourself.
You can do atleast that much for yourself, can’t you?
I just wanna end this last blog post of 2k15 with my favourite speech by Les Brown.

“If you want a thing bad enough to go out
and
fight for it,
to work day and night for it,
to give up your time, your peace and your sleep for it…

if all that you dream and scheme is about it,
and life seems useless and worthless without it…

if you gladly sweat for it and fret for it and plan for it
and lose all your terror of the opposition for it…

if you simply go after that thing you want
with all of your capacity, strength and sagacity,
faith, hope and confidence and stern pertinacity…

if neither cold, poverty, famine, nor gout,
sickness nor pain, of body and brain,
can keep you away from the thing that you want…

if dogged and grim you beseech and beset it,
with the help of God, you will get it.
